Future Tracks is an outdoor and experiential education programme that is predominantly aimed at young people between the ages of 12 and 17 years old. The majority of the young people that we work with are in or peripheral to the care system, or have issues surrounding low attendance and attainment in mainstream education, and often are involved in antisocial behaviour.

The FT programme is tailored to the needs of each group and the focus of the session/blocks will be bespoke to the areas in which the young person, and their stake holders wish to foster development.

Future Tracks itself will see young people participate in outdoor experiences on a daily basis.

Our 1:1 and 2:1 Future Tracks individual programming has seen some great successes. We have had young people who, when they began engaging with our FT programme, had zero attendance in mainstream education and/or issues with anti-social behaviour. Over the years they participated in Future Tracks they developed the skills, experience and confidence to enrol in college, go on to university or enrol in apprenticeships and progress into work.
