We are located on the outskirts of Edinburgh, only a 15 minute drive from the city centre.
We will come collect you from your accommodation or a convenient location in Edinburgh.
Most of our activities can be catered for the customers level of fitness, however we do say you must be physically able to join us, as our adventures to involve walking, swimming, jumping or riding bikes.
Our adventures involve a lot of physical movement which may aggravate an injury, if you are unsure whether your injury may prevent you from joining us on an adventure, speak to your doctor and speak to a member of our booking team.
Yes- Children who are 10 years or older can join us on an adventure, we have child-specific equipment for them to wear but they must fit into the safety equipment to join us on an adventure. Please speak to a member of our booking team if you have enquiries about your child joining us on an adventure.
You can take your camera, but we take no responsibility if there is any loss or damage. We do suggest you avoid brining cameras on your adventure- all our staff team carries iPhones and waterproof GoPro cameras where they will then send the images to you upon arrival in Edinburgh.
We strongly advise not wearing your own wetsuit- It is likely it will get ripped. Our wetsuits are specially designed for climbing and sliding down rocks.
Yes- You will be wearing a buoyancy aid that will keep you safe.
Yes- the latest we aim to drop you off from your adventure will be between 4.30pm- 5pm, so you have plenty time to get freshened up and head out to enjoy Edinburghs night life.

MY Adventure and Intrepidus Outdoors are adventure tours and outdoor experience providers, both based in Edinburgh, Scotland. We specialise in private and open canyoning, coasteering, mountain biking and hill walking tours, and deliver these adventurous experiences across Scotland.
