Small groups are supported by two or three members of our team depending on the groups needs. We run day and multi day programming for an extended period of time to support young people develop personal and professional skills.

Future Tracks is an outdoor and experiential education programme that is predominantly aimed at young people between the ages of 12 and 17 years old. The majority of the young people that we work with are in or peripheral to the care system, or have issues surrounding low attendance and attainment in mainstream education, and often are involved in antisocial behaviour. However, we often deliver bespoke programming to schools with small group of young people with particular needs.

Future Tracks itself will see young people participate in outdoor experiences on a daily basis. These experiences will give young people the chance to be challenged within, on the boundary and outside their comfort zones. Furthermore, the outdoor experiences are the medium to establish, repeat and hone skills from time keeping to communication as well as technical capabilities.

Our Future Tracks small group programming has seen some great successes. We have had young people who, when they began engaging with our FT programme, had no or low attendance in mainstream education and/or issues with anti-social behaviour. Over the years they participated in Future Tracks they developed the skills, experience and confidence to enrol in college, go on to university or enrol in apprenticeships and progress into work.
